- Chop the mushrooms in slices
Chop, Chop, Chop!
Fry the minced meat in a large wok pan. Meanwhile, put on a large pan with plenty of water for the spaghetti. When the mince is completely browned and no pink particles are visible, add all the above ingredients and stir with a spatula for about 10 minutes. This is called stir-frying. Then add a tablespoon of Oregano and a tablespoon of Basil and a teaspoon of salt. Then add the two packets of Tomato Frito and stir well. Turn the heat or hob on low and let this simmer.
Meanwhile, if the water for the spaghetti boils put a bunch of spaghetti upright in the pan and let it sink out in a circle. As soon as it boils again, separate it with a metal fork or meat fork and lightly stir the spaghetti with it. Set the cooking timer to 9 minutes.
Add a little water to the sauce and stir well. Drain the spaghetti in a colander. Put the spaghetti back into the pan and pour a little olive oil over it and stir.
Now you can turn off the hob or gas and serve. Bork, bork, bork!
